The Catalonia region of Spain has many traditional dishes, from paella to a variety of tapas, all revolving around garden grown produce and those that come straight from the bay. Local ingredients include olive oil and olives, tomatoes, garlic, hazelnuts, fish, oysters, mussels, pork and lots of rice dishes. And for your glass, there are several distinct wine growing regions to discover. We'll highlight a couple signature wines: Cava, a beloved Spanish sparkling wine, and Vermouth, a botanical infused wine. We're also going to spend time at a local prestigious winery that was one of the pioneers of the Priorat region. Catalan food is vibrant, flavorful and reflective of its landscape.
