Zingerman’s Tour de Food

Zingerman’s Tour de Food is a self-guided tour of our retail businesses. Visit the Zingerman’s Deli, Roadhouse, Creamery, Bakehouse and Coffee Company in a 24-hour period, get your passport signed by a staff member at each stop, and we’ll donate to help our neighbors in need. Passports are available at any Zingerman’s location (on the back cover of our newsletter) or you can download it here. Complete the tour, turn in your passport and we’ll enter you into a monthly drawing for a $250 Zingerman’s Gift Card!

Zingerman’s Bakehouse

Take a behind-the-scenes tour of our Bakehouse including bread, pastry, packaging, and our BAKE! school. Enjoy complimentary samples of bread and pastry at the end of the tour, with opportunity to purchase some of our delicious breads and pastries at the Bakeshop. For reservations and pricing for groups of up to 20, please contact Jake Blachowicz, our Bakeshop manager, at 734-761-2095.

Zingerman’s Coffee Company

On this tour, you will learn how we source, select, roast, cup, and brew our incredible coffee selections. Steve Mangigian and/or Allen Leibowitz, co-managing partners of Zingerman’s Coffee Company will host a tasting of some of some rare, small batch coffees roasted fresh on the premises. After the tour, you can purchase freshly roasted beans, coffee and tea brewing equipment, or grab a latte to go! Please contact Steve at 734-929-6060 to schedule and price a tour for your group.
