We will be based in Paris for several days exploring the city and its excellent coffee-houses, wine bars, restaurants and food makers all while learning about the food and wine producers both within and outside the city. A highlight will be an early morning guided tour of Rungis, the world’s largest food market (which is closed to the public).

On our last few days together we’ll travel to the world-famous region of Champagne. During our stay here we’ll explore the classic methods of Champagne along with a very special guest.
